Between the Indian Ocean and the rice fields on Sri Lanka’s south coast, this five-day yoga and meditation retreat at boutique hotel Malabar Hill guided by Marie-Louise Strøyberg is designed for slowing down, pairing daily practice with generous time to rest. Across three daily sessions, vinyasa yoga and breath-led movement are complemented by evening meditation circles, restorative flows, and deep sound journeys.
