Held on the south coast of Sri Lanka, this retreat unfolds as a week of togetherness, movement, and deep restoration. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, and embodiment practices, space is created to reconnect with body and spirit. Ecstatic dance, workshops, and communal rituals weave moments of joy and celebration into the journey, balancing stillness with expression. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the jungle and the soothing presence of the ocean, the experience becomes both nurturing and transformative — opening up space for presence and reconnection.
