Located just off the coast of mainland Puerto Rico, Vieques Island is known for its untamed beaches, bioluminescent bays, and quiet pace — a place where wild horses roam freely and nature remains largely untouched. Rooted in its wild hills, Finca Victoria is surrounded by dense jungle and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. The Retreat Host
Rebecca Doring is a certified Chromatic Yoga Educator known for her clear, step-by-step guidance, helping students move with confidence into both familiar and challenging poses, unlocking strength, focus, and presence along the way. Also a Certified Meditation Teacher, Empowerment Coach, and host of the Inner Critic Freedom Podcast, Rebecca shares practices that inspire purpose, freedom, and connection.
Joining Rebecca is Sylvia De Marco, founder of Finca Victoria, an Ayurvedic Consultant, Panchakarma Specialist, and devoted Yoga Teacher. Sylvia will be sharing Ayurveda wisdom for everyday life and leading dynamic, playful vinyasa flows that invite exploration and a renewed sense of freedom. With her gift for creating spaces of healing and community, Sylvia offers a lived experience of balance, beauty, and embodiment.
Together, Rebecca and Sylvia curate a retreat that integrates the wisdom of Chromatic Yoga and Ayurveda on and off the mat, an immersion designed to ground, expand, and restore.
