In rural Umbria, surrounded by forested hills and monastic calm, this retreat guided by the Datu Wellness team is a week devoted to meditation and the practice of turning inward. Days move through seated meditation, gentle asana, pranayama, and periods of silence. Private somatic treatments support the body between sessions. Nutritious, seasonal meals and a life stripped of screens and digital noise create the conditions for genuine introspection, allowing calm and insight to arise.

The setup is intentionally minimal, prioritizing rest, stillness, and a sense of retreat, with thoughtful details that keep the experience comfortable.
